reCAPTCHA (Google)

When you use the login or "request code" flow, we may use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent fraud, abuse, and automated access. Google may process information such as IP address, browser and device signals, and interaction data as described in Google's documentation. Our servers send the reCAPTCHA response token to Google for verification and receive results (for example, a risk score for v3) so we can decide whether to allow the request. Google processes such data under its own policies; see Google's Privacy Policy and reCAPTCHA documentation.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data storage, and email delivery. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
  • Protection of Rights: We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest where applicable, access controls and authentication mechanisms, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with our data retention practices, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. Account deletion does not entitle you to any refund or credit.
